A team of 3-4 workers, assisted by a crane (min. 5-ton capacity), can fully unfold the wings, secure the bolts, and finish the setup in approximately 30 to 60 minutes. This speed allows you to deploy entire camps or communities in days, not months.
Is the structure strong enough for extreme weather conditions?
Absolutely. Your home is engineered with a High-Strength Q235B Steel frame. It is rated for Wind Resistance Grade 10 (up to 100 km/h) and supports a Snow Load of 0.5 kN/m². Whether you are in a windy coastal area or a snowy mountain region, the structure remains stable and secure.
Does the unit come with pre-installed electricity and plumbing?
Yes, it is a "Plug-and-Play" solution. The electrical system (circuit breakers, LED lighting, and sockets) and plumbing pipes are pre-installed in the factory. Once unfolded, you simply connect the external power and water supply to the reserved ports, and the house is ready for living.
What kind of foundation do I need to prepare?
Because our chassis is rigid and self-supporting, you do not need an expensive full slab foundation. Simple concrete piers (plinths) or ground screw piles are sufficient to level the unit. This significantly reduces your site preparation costs and minimizes environmental impact.
Can I use these homes in very cold or very hot climates?
Yes. The standard unit operates effectively between -30°C and +40°C. We use 75mm EPS Sandwich Panels for walls and 50mm panels for the roof as standard insulation. For extreme climates, we can upgrade you to Rockwool or Polyurethane (PU) panels and increase thickness to 100mm for superior thermal performance.
Can I customize the interior layout?
You have full flexibility. While our standard 20ft and 40ft models come with optimized 1-3 bedroom layouts, we can modify partition walls to create open offices, larger living areas, or specific functional rooms. You can also choose from various finishes like bamboo wood fiberboards or integrated bathroom pods.
How many units can fit in a shipping container? (Logistics Cost)
This is our biggest cost-saving advantage. Due to the unique folding design:
- 700 Model: We can load 6 units into one 40HQ shipping container.
- 20ft Model: We can load 2 units into one 40HQ shipping container.

Will these homes meet my local building codes (USA/EU/Australia)?
We design for global compliance. Our manufacturing follows ISO 9001 quality systems. For electricals, we can install CE/UL/SAA certified components based on your country. Structurally, we provide the calculations needed for ICC-ES (USA) or local council approvals. We have successfully exported to over 90 countries and can assist with your permitting documentation.
How do you ensure quality before the product leaves the factory?
We don't leave quality to chance. Every unit undergoes a rigorous 3-step check:

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
We value your time. If we miss our agreed delivery date, we compensate you directly:
- 1-7 Days Late: 0.5% of order value per day.
- 8-14 Days Late: 1% per day + Free Air Freight for accessories.
- 15+ Days Late: 2% per day (capped at 20%). It’s rare that we are late, but if we are, you are protected financially.
