How long does it really take to assemble one unit on-site?
You can achieve structural completion in just 10 minutes per unit. A team of 3-4 workers, assisted by a crane (min. 5-ton capacity), can fully unfold the wings, secure the bolts, and finish the setup in approximately 30 to 60 minutes. This speed allows you to deploy entire camps or communities in days, not months.
Is the structure strong enough for extreme weather conditions?
Absolutely. Your home is engineered with a High-Strength Q235B Steel frame. It is rated for Wind Resistance Grade 10 (up to 100 km/h) and supports a Snow Load of 0.5 kN/m². Whether you are in a windy coastal area or a snowy mountain region, the structure remains stable and secure.
Does the unit come with pre-installed electricity and plumbing?
Yes, it is a "Plug-and-Play" solution. The electrical system (circuit breakers, LED lighting, and sockets) and plumbing pipes are pre-installed in the factory. Once unfolded, you simply connect the external power and water supply to the reserved ports, and the house is ready for living.
What kind of foundation do I need to prepare?
Because our chassis is rigid and self-supporting, you do not need an expensive full slab foundation. Simple concrete piers (plinths) or ground screw piles are sufficient to level the unit. This significantly reduces your site preparation costs and minimizes environmental impact.

Yes. The standard unit operates effectively between -30°C and +40°C. We use 75mm EPS Sandwich Panels for walls and 50mm panels for the roof as standard insulation.
