1. Returns
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to initiate the return.
1.1 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Custom or special-order products.
- Products that have been installed or used.
- Any items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at don@yellowgreen-zebra-606117.hostingersite.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned package.
- Ship the product back to us at the address we provide. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we make an error with your order.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds

3.1 一部返金
場合によっては、次のような一部の払い戻しのみが認められることがあります。
- 明らかな使用形跡のある商品。
- 商品到着後7日を過ぎた商品の返品。
- 当社のミスによるものではない、元の状態ではない商品、または部品が不足している商品。
4. 交換ポリシー
不良品、破損がある場合のみ交換させていただきます。不良品を同じ商品と交換する必要がある場合は、交換の手配をいたしますので、don@ yellowgreen-zebra-606117.hostingersite.com までご連絡ください。
5. 返品の送料
商品を返品する場合、商品に欠陥がある場合、または返品が当社の過失によるものでない限り、送料はお客様の負担となります。送料は返金不可です。返金を受けた場合、返品の送料は該当する場合は返金から差し引かれます。
返品商品の受け取りを保証できないため、返品の際は追跡可能な配送サービスを利用するか、配送保険に加入することをお勧めします。
6. 払い戻しの遅延または欠落
5 営業日経過しても返金を受けられない場合は、次の手順に従ってください。
- 銀行口座またはクレジットカードの明細をもう一度確認してください。
- 返金が正式に行われるまでに時間がかかる場合があるため、クレジット カード会社または銀行にお問い合わせください。
- 上記をすべて行っても払い戻しを受け取っていない場合は、don@ yellowgreen-zebra-606117.hostingersite.com までご連絡ください。
